Muinmos has announced the appointment of Anders Kirketerp-Møller to its Board of Directors, where he will be focusing on the firm’s growth strategy and advising the leadership team, including the Board.
The seasoned C-level executive and governance expert joins Muinmos from LEGO where he was driving Board and Chair activities across the LEGO ecosystem. At LEGO, he also advised the owner family on governance matters and was a Board Member of various LEGO entities for almost seven years.
Prior to LEGO, Anders Kirketerp-Møller led the operational transformation of one of Denmark’s largest industrial foundations, the VELUX Foundations, and served as Director in VKR Holding, the holding company of VELUX.
His wealth of experience will now be at the service of Muinmos, the Denmark-based client onboarding platform that fully automates KYC/AML checks and client risk assessments, with constant monitoring and up-to-date processes. Muinmos can leverage his know-how in matters relating to corporate structures, venture investments, expansion of activities and businesses, strategy, and branding.

Muinmos was recently awarded the ISO 27001 certification, confirming the Danish RegTech firm’s information security management program for its onboarding platform and across the entire organization is comprehensive and follows leading practices in risk management, cyber-resilience, and operational excellence. ISO 27001 is an information security management system standard published in October 2022 by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and defines requirements that an ISMS must meet. The standard provides an organization with guidance for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of an organization’s ISMS.
Earlier this year, Muinmos was selected by ZagTrader and was integrated with FX Back Office (FXBO).
