Leveraging artificial intelligence, the platform identifies strategies to enhance investor engagement and participation in the voting process.

“Manage and predict meeting outcomes”

Demi Derem, General Manager of International Corporate Governance, Digital Transformation and Market Innovation at Broadridge, said: “This new solution provides issuers with powerful insights and navigation tools to successfully manage and predict meeting outcomes while transforming the communications experience and delivering heightened levels of transparency for both issuers and investors. For the corporate issuer community, our solution is a game changer and reinforces Broadridge’s commitment to drive the highest standards of corporate governance throughout the end-to-end communication lifecycle.”

Broadridge Investor Insights marks a key component of Broadridge’s newly launched suite of solutions for issuers located outside the United States, which also encompasses advanced ESG tools and consulting services.

The solution suite enables issuers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their ownership structure, investor behavior, preferences, and voting trends, using both current and historical data. It features a user-friendly dashboard that integrates shareholder and voting information in real-time, offering issuers immediate insights into their domestic and international shareholders.

Issuers can access these capabilities through a centralized, easy-to-use platform, facilitating effective engagement with investors. The platform also allows for the integration of voting data with external sources via digital integration options, such as APIs, enhancing the coverage of voting data.
