Tools for Brokers, a Cyprus based multinational fintech service provider which caters to brokerage firms providing forex and cryptocurrency trading service providers recently revealed in an announcement that it has promoted two of its executives to senior-level leadership roles. As per the update from the firm, the move to promote its executives is a part of its rapid growth efforts geared at bolstering its existing footprint in European markets. The firm currently has branches in Europe, Middle East, India and African markets. Both the executives who have been promoted to new roles have been a part of this firm for quite a while now. The two executives who have been promoted are – Baiana Kashaeva and Ivan Egorov.
Baiana Kashaeva is a long-serving member of the firm has remained a part of Tools for Brokers family for nearly six years and three months starting her career at the firm as soon as she graduated from UFA State Aviation Technical University with a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law. She joined the firm as an Account Manager and has been promoted a total of three times and served in roles of Senior Sales Manager, Head of Global Sales and is currently taking up the role of Head of Cyprus office as per information in her LinkedIn profile. As Baiana moves on to take the role of head of the office, the vacancy in her previous role is being filled by Ivan Egorov. Ivan has been serving in the firm for three and a half years now this is his third promotion in the firm similar to Baiana.
Ivan joined the firm as Junior Manger in May of 2016 and has since been promoted twice to role of account manager and key account manager and finally his latest promotion to role of Head of Sales. Commenting on her promotion Baiana stated, “Becoming Head of our Cyprus department is a logical continuation for me with a fantastic opportunity to drive the business forward.
