Amana Capital Onboards Tarek Nabil as Director 

Amana CapitalAmana Capital, a Dubai based online trading service provider recently revealed in an update that it has hired a new director. As per the update, the UAE based multi-regulated broker has hired UAE based veteran Mr. Tarek Nabil who has nearly 19 years of experience serving in sales and relationship management roles in the financial service industry to serve as one of its Directors.

However, news of the appointment was first made public via changes made to Mr. Nabil’s LinkedIn profile. Mr. Nabil took on his new role at the firm earlier this year in the month of October and will serve out of the firm’s head office located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Prior to taking up his new role at Amana Capital, he spent a major part of his career serving at another UAE based trading service provider ADSS for nearly a decade.  

Tarek joined ADSS back in September of 2010 as its Senior Vice President of Sales and held on to the role for nearly six years. During his tenure with the Abu Dhabi headquartered trading service provider, he was promoted twice and held the role of Sales Director of Director team and Sales Director of Premium Team.

Having spent a major part of his career based out of financial service providers in the UAE region, Tarek is an expert when it comes to knowledge on the UAE market region making him an ideal candidate for becoming a part of Amana Capital’s senior-level leadership & management team.

Prior to his decade long tenure at ADSS, he did a brief stint at World Credit Savings as Head of its Sales division for nearly nine months. Tarek started his career as Team Leader at The Change Group Denmark in April 2001 post graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Ain Shams University. 

Tarek remained as part of Change Group for five years and three months during which he was in charge of leading a team of Cashiers in a fast-paced environment and was responsible for ensuring that his team members were well motivated and well trained and also managed the teams back officer & administrative operations using IT systems as per information in his LinkedIn profile.

Mr. Nabil then moved on to Saxo bank where he served as a relationship manager for the bank’s clients from Denmark and Dubai. During his four year long term at the bank, he held several roles including Associate in charge of selling online trading platform to private & institutional clients and Sales & relationship manager at Saxo Bank Dubai Ltd., in which he was responsible for leading relationship management team to identify new targets in the Middle Eastern market who could become potential clients, setting up personal meeting with targets to help expand the bank’s client list and improve new client relationships.
