Oskar Pecyna Joins Financial Commission’s Dispute Resolution Committee

The Financial Commission, an independent self regulatory organization and external dispute resolution body made an announcement earlier this Wednesday stating that it has made a new addition to its Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC). As per the announcement, it has appointed Oskar Pecyna – former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of HTF Broker, to its dispute resolution committee. The Financial Commission is an external dispute resolution body for both companies and clients in the foreign exchange, CFD’s (Contract for Difference) and Cryptocurrency sectors. The organisations dispute resolution committee processes and resolves complaints from its members’ clients. Post adding Oskar to its team, the DRC now has a total of 23 industry experts under its wing.

Prior to joining Financial Commission, Oskar founded eOscar in Australia back in November 2018, a firm which is focused on providing independent consulting service for firms specialising in financial sector. Oskar joined HFT brokers in Warsaw back in June 2015 and served in capacity of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until January 2016 post which he moved on to serve as CEO, Director and Responsible manager to Sydney based Forex and CFD trading service provider IFGM for a period of three years. Currently aside from his role as member of DRC team at Financial Commission, Oskar also handles number of merger and acquisition projects and continues to provide consultation services to firms in financial sector in Australian and European markets.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Oskar Pecyna has held multiple high level roles in his extensive career in finance industry mostly focusing on forex sector. Some of the notable roles in his career include: CEO at Malta’s RTFX, CEO & Director of Sprint FX and member of supervisory board of Market Invest. When speaking about Oskar’s appointment to DRC team, Peter Tatarnikov, Chairman of Financial Commission commented, “Oskar is a leading expert on European, Asian and Australian markets and he will be a great asset to our DRC team in handling disputes from a variety of viewpoints. Likewise, his experience with derivatives trading will play a significant role when dealing with complaints regarding the trading of Contracts for Difference (CFDs)”.
