Ms. Bates is a veteran in the financial services industry with more than two decades of experience serving in wide range of senior-level leadership and management roles across P&L and asset management verticals. Julia began her career in financial services industry immediately after graduating with a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1994 and spent the entirety of her nearly 26 year long career serving in JP Morgan Chase & Co. She took on the role of Managing Director – Head of Private Bank Partnership Group in Asset Management division and was promoted thrice to serve as Managing Director for Corporate Finance Analytics – Global Finance division, Head of Individual & Business Retirement unit in Asset Management division and Chief Control Manager for Commercial Bank division as per information in her official LinkedIn account.
