“You raise your game, we’ll raise the capital” serves as the motto.
OANDA Global Corporation has announced the launch of OANDA Labs Trader, a trading program focused on profit-sharing, designed to enhance traders’ skills and profits.
OANDA Labs Trader targets talented private investors and self-directed traders, making them signal providers to OANDA’s proprietary trading business.
Participants must pass a trading challenge in demo environment
Accessible to residents in countries served by OANDA’s Global Markets division, regulated by the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands, OANDA Labs Trader requires participants to pass an assessment through a trading challenge in a demo environment, using virtual funds to test strategies and skills.
Once traders pass the assessment, they can access an OANDA Labs Trader account to share in the profits they generate. While using virtual capital, traders’ successful signals are integrated into OANDA’s proprietary trading models.
Kurt vom Scheidt, Chief Operating Officer at OANDA, highlighted the program’s focus on enabling smarter trading.”Through this program, the most capable traders are empowered with streamlined access to global financial markets across a range of asset classes. In addition to the share they can earn on their profitable trading of virtual funds, traders will receive the necessary tools, such as educational materials and exclusive data-driven features and widgets, to set them up for successful trading. We look forward to growing our proprietary trading activity by incorporating valuable signals from Labs Traders as inputs into our trading models.”
Founded in 1996, OANDA is a leading online trading group, offering multi-asset trading and currency data analytics globally.
