a Project/PMO Coordinator is required for a Financial Services client to work on a Large Transformation Program based in Sydney CBD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost
  • Ensure integration with associated processes including reporting, risk management, change management and quality assurance
  • Ensure the reporting requirements accurately measure the project and program performance
  • Administration in project management processes including status reporting, budget management and schedule management
  • Establish and deliver appropriate communications to the Program Director - PMO, Stream Leads, Project Managers and project team members as required
  • Coordinate project meetings / SCRUMS including the distribution of papers, development of agendas and minute taking
  • Assemble, maintain and collate project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting including risks and issues, milestones, resources and financials

  • Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of project management delivery processes
  • Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic
  • Experience working within a project environment and managing conflicting priorities
