Finalto has announced the appointment of Simon Ormrod as Chief Financial Officer to lead the global Finance team, responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial health and the company’s ability to support global growth initiatives.
Simon Ormrod, who previously served as VP for Finance at Finalto, is expected to leverage his experience and financial expertise to bring skill and energy to the board.

Simon Ormrod joined Finalto after top roles at Vantage and Liquidnet
Ormond is a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with board-level Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Governance, and Risk management experience working with global Fintech and financial service companies.
Finalto joined Finalto in 2023 after nearly two years of serving as Group CFO of Vantage Capital Markets, based in the City of London. He spent most of his career, 14 years, at Liquidnet, having served as Executive Director, CFO, COO, and Global Head of Equities Business Management.
His extensive executive experience in leading cross-regional finance teams and overseeing complex regulatory and governance frameworks also includes roles at GE Money, Colt, and Interactive Investor. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).

The announcement of Simon Ormrod’s appointment follows the promotion of Pablo Quiroga Gomez to Chief Operating Officer for the UK operation, based in the London office.
Quiroga Gomez will leverage the insights gleaned from his role as Global Head of Client Services, to ensure the organization lives up to its reputation for service excellence. He’s been with Finalto or its previous brand, CFH Clearing, since 2014, where he has also taken roles as Relationship Manager, Liquidity Manager, and Head of Client Services (Europe). Prior to that, he was eFX Analyst at MUFG for nearly four years.
