You will act as an SME for Asia around Enterprise Solutions, including API’s, feeds and information, this will also mean you are the sub regional partner lead for strategy across North Asia markets. You will be responsible for establishing C-suite level dialogue and relationships with both partner and executive sponsors. You will manage commercial negotiations for both inbound and outbound partners. This role will mean interaction and exposure to a broad number of partners businesses and value propositions, as well as identifying changing market needs and opportunities. Alongside this you will be identifying, developing and mentoring sales and relationship management talent.
We require 5-10 years’ experience within financial markets within a strategic business development or relationship management capacity. This experience will ideally have been gained within a Front Office area within Capital Markets, you will have a strong understanding of related financial markets. Order flow lifecycle and end to end knowledge of trading solutions is required. An understanding of the buy and sell-side relationship structure, trading regulation and compliance, as well as risk is needed for this hire to be successful in this role.
Previous experience working with Partners or Partner solutions is required, any cost modelling experience is also highly beneficial.
This will require someone highly organised, well-structured coupled with a high level understanding of Front Office trading processes and related regulations. Relationship building skills are paramount, not only from an internal perspective but the ability to build new relationships externally is key.
